Voting
Paused
A voice in the basket.
Only SSEC votes. Proposals retarget weights, add an eligible holding, retire an empty one or spend from the treasury, and every vote counts as power spent for the reward pool. Nothing here is simulated: proposals appear the moment voting starts.
Proposals
Voting delay 2 hours, voting period 7 days, proposal threshold 1,000,000 SSEC. A passed proposal is queued in the timelock for 48 hours before anyone can execute it. The vault checks its own bounds again at execution: at most 40% per asset, at least 2% for an active asset, at most 5 points of movement per asset per change, 30 days between changes.
How a vote becomes a change
Steward-led flow- Propose.
A wallet with at least 1,000,000 SSEC of delegated power opens a proposal: the targets, the calldata and a description.
- Vote.
After the two-hour delay, SSEC holders vote For, Against or Abstain for seven days. The governor records each vote's weight as power spent in the reward pool's current epoch.
- Queue and execute.
A passed, quorate proposal waits 48 hours in the timelock. Then anyone may execute it, and the vault still enforces its bounds.
